Model Description:

The Steam Hammer is based on Rigby's patented design and model engineers will enjoy the challenge of building an entirely different style of steam model.

The completed engine can be easily run on a small boiler, the SH3 or SV3 being large enough, however, great care should be taken during operation as the stroke is very sensitive, ranging from a gentle tap to a powerful forging blow.

Please remember our sets of castings require the use of a lathe and milling machine to turn them into a working steam engine.
